Rapper Sean Combs faces expanded allegations in his federal case, adding two more women who claim he coerced them into commercial sex acts. The updated indictment comes ahead of his trial in May. Combs has denied all accusations and is cooperating with the prosecution.
Prosecutors have added two new victims to their case against Combs, alleging that he used force, threats, and coercion to make three female victims engage in commercial sex acts. This includes a claim that Combs dangled a woman from an apartment balcony. The updated indictment also moves the alleged start date of his sex trafficking offences back to 2004.
The new allegations include:
– Coercing women into commercial sex acts
– Dangling a person over an apartment balcony
– Using force, threats, and coercion to control victims
– Committing assault on employees, witnesses, and others
Combs’ lawyer Marc Agnifilo dismissed the accusations as “ridiculous” and said his client will continue to fight these charges. The prosecution claims that Combs’ former girlfriend Cassandra Ventura’s allegations align closely with those of the new accusers.
This expansion of the case raises concerns about Combs’ cooperation with the prosecution ahead of his trial in May.
