Diddy Charged with New Sex Trafficking Allegations Before Trial

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with new sex trafficking charges a month before his trial, according to federal prosecutors. The superseding indictment adds two more allegations against the hip-hop mogul, expanding on previous claims that he engaged in sex trafficking with multiple women.

The new charges accuse Combs of using force, fraud, or coercion to compel a woman to engage in commercial sex acts from 2021 to 2024. He is also alleged to have transported this woman and others, including commercial sex workers, to engage in prostitution during the same period.

Combs, 55, denies committing any crimes and remains locked up without bail at a federal jail in Brooklyn. His trial is scheduled for May 5.

Prosecutors expect four accusers to testify against him, including three who have asked to remain anonymous. The accuser known as “Victim-1” will testify under her own name. The allegations involve Combs using his power and prestige as a music star to induce female victims into drugged-up sexual performances with male sex workers.

Combs’ lawyers argue that the case is based on consensual relationships between the singer and his former girlfriends, and they are fighting to dismiss charges involving allegations of transporting a male escort across state lines.
