Diddy Charged with Sex Trafficking and Racketeering Conspiracy

Sean “Diddy” Combs faces new allegations of sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy after a superseding indictment was filed against him. The indictment expands on previous charges, adding two new female victims to the list. Combs was previously charged with transporting his ex-girlfriend for prostitution, but his lawyers argue that this activity was consensual.

The new indictment claims the crimes date back to 2004 and allege that Combs used his power and influence to lure female victims into sex acts, often involving male commercial sex workers. Prosecutors also claim Combs reacted violently when his authority was threatened, including multiple acts of kidnapping.

Combs’ attorney says the latest indictment contains no new offenses, but rather repeats a flawed prosecution theory. The case is ongoing, with prosecutors emphasizing that their investigation remains active and will continue to update any superseding indictments as necessary before the May 5, 2025 trial date. Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
