Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing another sexual assault lawsuit. LaTroya Grayson, a woman who claims she was drugged and raped at one of his parties in 2006, has filed a suit against the rapper. According to court documents, Grayson attended a party with her brother, who won a contest through an Oklahoma radio station. After having two drinks, Grayson says she began feeling sick and went to the restroom. She claims to have no memory of the rest of the night but woke up at a hospital with injuries.
Grayson’s attorney has stated that she did not report the alleged assault at the time due to fear and confusion. Diddy’s team has denied the allegations, saying they are “pure fiction” and that Grayson has never spoken to Combs. The lawsuit comes after Combs was arrested in September for sex trafficking, racketeering, and other crimes, and he maintains his innocence.
Multiple alleged victims have filed lawsuits against Combs since his arrest, but he denies all civil allegations against him. A statement from his team says they have full confidence in the judicial process and believe the truth will prevail that Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone.
