Sean Combs’ former chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, has broken her silence after being named in at least three civil lawsuits alongside the rap mogul on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy. Khorram, 38, denies all allegations, stating that she is innocent and that the claims are “false” and causing her irreparable harm.
Khorram worked with Combs for over a decade, rising through the ranks to become his chief of staff in 2020. Despite being named in dozens of civil complaints filed against Combs since his September arrest on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy, Khorram has maintained her innocence.
In a statement to Rolling Stone, Khorram said that she “has never condoned or aided and abetted the sexual assault of anyone” and that the idea that she was involved in the rape of anyone is “beyond upsetting, disturbing, and unthinkable.” She also expressed sympathy for all victims of sexual assault.
The allegations against Khorram began with a producer named Rodney “Little Rod” Jones, who claimed that Combs made sexual advances on him during the making of his 2023 album. In an addendum to his lawsuit, Jones alleged that Khorram was complicit in Combs’ behavior, including requiring employees to carry a bag containing illicit substances.
However, an attorney for Combs previously denied Jones’ claims, calling them “pure fiction.” Another former employee, Phil Pines, has also filed a sexual harassment and battery lawsuit against Combs, alleging that Khorram warned him never to speak about unwanted touching from the mogul.
Khorram was also named in a third sexual assault lawsuit brought against Combs by a San Francisco woman. The case was filed in October, but the allegations have not been proven.
Combs’ federal trial will begin in May, and he remains jailed at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges he faces.
