Diddy’s Production Company Linked to Kid Cudi’s Troubled Past

A Los Angeles Police Department officer testified that he saw a Cadillac Escalade from Sean “Diddy” Combs’ production company at Kid Cudi’s house during a 2011 break-in call. Chris Ignacio, a 16-year veteran of the LAPD, said he memorized the license plate number and later found a DMV report linking it to Bad Boy Productions, Inc., a record label founded by Combs.

Los Angeles Fire Department arson investigator Lance Jimenez also testified about an incident in 2012 where Kid Cudi’s Porsche caught fire. Jimenez claimed that the car was targeted, saying a partial DNA profile from the explosive device suggested a female contributor. The defense had requested a mistrial due to testimony about destroyed fingerprint cards linked to Combs.

During Kid Cudi’s trial for sex trafficking and racketeering charges, he alleged that Sean Combs broke into his home in 2011. Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges and faces life in prison if convicted. The trial continues, with witness testimony expected to conclude in the third week.
