Dollar General Corporation has issued a recall for its eight-ounce packages of Clover Valley instant coffee due to potential glass fragments, according to the US Food and Drug Administration. The affected products were sold in all 48 states except Hawaii and Alaska.
The source of the contamination is currently under investigation by Dollar General, which apologized for any inconvenience caused by the issue. Three separate lots of the instant coffee are involved, with lot numbers L-5163, L-5164, and L-5165 bearing best by dates Dec. 13, 2026 and Dec. 14, 2026, respectively. Consumers can find these details on the neck of each unit.
Dollar General is actively working to resolve the issue and ensure consumer safety.
