Dragon Reaches Space Station After Falcon 9 Separation

The uncrewed Dragon spacecraft has successfully separated from the second stage of the Falcon 9 rocket, embarking on its solo mission to deliver supplies and materials to the International Space Station. Scheduled to arrive at the station on June 5, Dragon will autonomously dock to the Harmony module while NASA’s Expedition 65 Flight Engineers Shane Kimbrough and Megan McArthur monitor its arrival. The spacecraft is expected to remain attached to the space station for over a month before undocking and returning to Earth, where it will splash down in the Atlantic Ocean with research and cargo on board.
