Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown surprised a 10-year-old plane crash victim by bringing the Lombardi Trophy to his hospital room. Ten-year-old Andre Howard III was hit in the car with debris from the January 31 plane crash and required emergency brain surgery. Despite his dire condition, Andre was an enthusiastic Eagles fan who asked if he had missed the Super Bowl after waking up. Brown’s visit lifted Andre’s spirits, and the boy referred to him as “my hero.”
