Eagles Fan Fired, Banned from Stadium After Verbal Abuse Incident

A Philadelphia Eagles fan, identified only as Ryan Caldwell, has been fired from his job at a management consulting firm and banned from attending games at Lincoln Financial Field after verbally abusing a female Green Bay Packers fan during a playoff game. The incident was caught on video by the woman’s fiancé, who posted it online.

Caldwell, 43, made the offending comments towards the woman, wearing Packers gear, after an in-stadium announcement about the result of an official’s review. The woman’s fiancé told Caldwell not to describe her as a “dumb (expletive)” and he repeated back to her.

The video sparked outrage, leading Eagles security director Dom DiSandro to identify Caldwell and ban him from future games at The Linc. His employer, BCT Partners, released a statement condemning the behavior and announcing his immediate termination due to its firm stance on respect, dignity, and inclusion.
