Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remake Teased in New Leak

Bethesda has been rumored about a long-awaited remaster of The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion. A recent leak from a former employee claims the game is almost complete and will be released this June. According to the leaked details, the remake will feature significant gameplay changes, including a new blocking system inspired by Souls-like games and improved archery mechanics.

The updated sneaking system will also make its way into the remake, with highlighted Sneak icons and more precise damage calculations. Additionally, hit reactions will be introduced to improve the player’s response to damage inflicted on themselves and NPCs. The user interface has been redesigned to be easier to understand and more visually appealing for younger players.

While Bethesda has not officially announced the project, rumors are growing that it might be revealed at Microsoft’s Xbox Developer Direct next week. If true, this would mark a significant milestone in the long-rumored Oblivion remaster.
