Elon Musk’s AI startup xAI played a key role in his latest deal to acquire Twitter, the social network he first bought in 2022. On March 28, Musk purchased the platform in an all-stock deal worth $33 billion, not including debt. The new entity, XAI Holdings, is valued at more than $100 billion when debt is included, according to Bloomberg News. This acquisition marks Musk’s second take on Twitter in three years and solidifies his position as the world’s richest person.
