According to the documents, she and Musk began a romantic relationship in May 2023 and had sex in early January 2024, resulting in an alleged pregnancy. The court petitions cite text exchanges between Musk and St. Clair, including one that reads “I want to knock you up again.”
Musk has not publicly acknowledged St. Clair’s claim, and his representatives have been non-responsive to attempts to resolve the matter privately. This is not the first time Musk has faced custody claims; his ex-partner Grimes had a contentious battle over custody of their three children, which was resolved in August 2024.
