Ashley St. Clair, 26, has filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk in the New York Supreme Court seeking sole custody of their infant son, R.S.C. The petition, filed on Friday, February 21, alleges that Musk is the father and claims he had no involvement in the child’s care and upbringing.
St. Clair states that she and Musk began a romantic relationship in May 2023 and had intercourse in January 2024, resulting in R.S.C.’s conception. She says Musk acknowledged his parentage through written correspondences, including a text message exchange after the baby’s birth.
The lawsuit also highlights concerns about Musk’s involvement with his other children, with St. Clair pointing out that he has welcomed 13 children with four women. The court petition requests a declaration of paternity, an order of support, and other relief to protect R.S.C.’s best interests.
