Error Reporting and Troubleshooting Process

Click on “Report a problem” at the bottom of the page. You’ll be asked to enter your Reference ID, which can be found in the top right corner of the screen. Enter this code and click “Continue.”

If you’re having trouble finding the Reference ID or need further assistance, look for contact information in the same location. You can also send feedback through a separate form.

Some common issues include clicking on the “Please try again” message repeatedly or not seeing an option to confirm your humanity as a human. In these cases, consider selecting “Other” and providing more details about your issue below.

If you’re experiencing other problems with the webpage, click the “Cancel” button to return to the main page, then click “Send” to submit your report and receive assistance.
