ET, a Phoenix-based company, is suing Jefferies Financial Group and Leucadia Asset Management over a soured loan of $126.4 million tied to the bankrupt auto supplier First Brands Group. ET alleges breach of contract and fraud, claiming it will be forced to write off the loan. The lawsuit was filed in New York Supreme Court.
