Social media influencer Andrew Tate is facing a new lawsuit filed by his ex-girlfriend Brianna Stern, accusing him of sexual assault and battery. The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles and alleges that Tate choked and beat Stern at the Beverly Hills Hotel earlier this month, resulting in her diagnosis with post-concussion syndrome.
Tate’s attorney Joseph McBride denies all allegations, calling the lawsuit a “money grab” and claiming that Stern and her lawyers are trying to profit from the recent controversy surrounding him. However, Stern has come forward publicly with her story, saying she was initially charmed by Tate but later became victims of his abuse.
Stern alleges that Tate’s behavior towards her began after she returned to the US from a trip to Romania, where he had invited her to promote his cryptocurrency meme coin. She claims he sent threatening messages and manipulated her, including calling her “property” and saying he wanted to beat and impregnate her.
The lawsuit is just the latest in Tate’s legal troubles, as he faces charges of human trafficking and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women in Romania. His brother Tristan is also accused in the case.
This development adds to the controversy surrounding Tate, who has been banned from several social media platforms for his misogynistic views and hate speech. The investigation into the brothers’ alleged abuse continues, with four British women suing them in the UK over allegations of sexual violence and abuse.
