The Natural History Museum is set to open its latest exhibition, “Space: Could Life Exist Beyond Earth?”, on May 16th. This immersive display takes visitors on a journey through the solar system and beyond, exploring extreme environments and the search for life.
Using cutting-edge science and interactive experiences, the exhibition will transport visitors young and old across the galaxy. Highlights include:
– Guiding a rover over Martian terrain in search of ancient life
– Deciding what equipment to take on a space mission
– Listening to and smelling sounds and scents from outer space
The exhibition is rooted in the Museum’s latest research and features showstopping star specimens, interactive games, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences. It will be on display until February 22nd, 2026.
