FGF Brands Recalls 2 Million Doughnut Cases Due to Listeria Risk

FGF Brands, a food producer based in Indiana, has issued a voluntary recall of 60 doughnut products sold in grocery stores across the US and Canada. The affected products include yeast rings, apple fritters, and cake doughnuts, which were sold under various brand names such as Dunkin’ and GEN Bake.

According to the FDA, the products were recalled due to possible listeria contamination, with a total of 2 million cases impacted. The recall was initiated on January 7 and designated as a Class II recall by the FDA on February 5. All products produced on or before December 13, 2024, are included in the recall.
