Florida has secured a spot in the 2025 NCAA Baseball Tournament as the No. 2 seed in the Conway Regional, hosted by Coastal Carolina. The Gators will face East Carolina on May 30 at 12 p.m. ET on ESPN2.
Florida’s impressive season includes a six-series winning streak and victories over 15 of its last 20 SEC opponents. The team has not missed the postseason since 2007, earning its 17th consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance under head coach Kevin O’Sullivan.
This is the first time an SEC team with a subpar start to conference play has made it to the tournament as one of the top No. 2 seeds. The Gators’ success marks a significant achievement for the program, which will compete against Coastal Carolina, East Carolina, and Fairfield in the regional tournament from May 30-June 2.
Game schedules and ticket information can be found on the NCAA website. Fans can follow the Gators on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook to stay up-to-date on the team’s latest news and updates.
