Fortnite’s Star Wars Season Ends with Death Star Sabotage Live Event

Fortnite’s “Death Star Sabotage” live event is set to conclude the “Star Wars” Galactic Battle season on Saturday, June 7. Players can join the battle to destroy the Death Star via gaming devices, mobile apps, or cloud streaming services.

The live event takes place at 11 a.m. Arizona and Pacific Time on the West Coast, 2 p.m. Eastern, 1 p.m. Central, and noon Mountain Daylight Time. Epic Games recommends players log in early to participate.

During the event, players will fight Emperor Palpatine as he attempts to use the Death Star’s super laser to destroy Battle Royale Island. Players can receive special log-in rewards by logging in before June 10, including a loading screen and a Quicksilver Baton Spear Pickaxe.

Fortnite’s next season is expected to start after downtime following the “Death Star Sabotage” live event. Details on the new season and its start time are unknown.
