The Epic Games Store is offering two spooky games for free this Halloween season. The first game is Ghostwire: Tokyo, a supernatural action-adventure game that takes place in Japan’s capital city of Tokyo, where you must fend off ghostly creatures and save your sister.
Ghostwire: Tokyo has a unique blend of action, mystery, and Japanese folklore, making it an exciting experience for fans of the culture. Although it has its flaws, including poor open-world design and criticized gameplay, it still received a positive rating of 77 out of 100 on Metacritic.
The second free game is Witch It, a fun multiplayer game where you play hide-and-seek on colorful maps with some players being witches and others transforming into objects to survive until time runs out. The simple gameplay is entertaining, but there are also additional game modes and cosmetic items to unlock for further motivation.
To claim these games, simply create an Epic Games account and visit the Epic Games Store between October 31 and November 7, starting at 12pm ET both days. Don’t miss the Halloween Sale section, which features hundreds of discounted games and DLCs that are only available until today.
