Flight Sim Labs has finally released its highly detailed Airbus A321ceo for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. The aircraft offers a wealth of features and realism, making it a great addition to any hangar.
The A321ceo package is priced at $69.95 USD and includes four configurations: Wing Tip Fence and Sharklets with both IAE V2500 and CFM56 engine options. As a bonus, FSLabs is offering a free upgrade to MSFS2024 once the new platform stabilizes.
Under the hood, the A321ceo features flight dynamics developed in collaboration with real-world pilots and engineers. The aircraft’s cockpit and exterior are recreated with great precision using advanced 3D scanning technology, including detailed decals and weathered textures. The aircraft also includes a range of systems, such as an FMGS, cold-weather operations, and a custom MEL system.
The A321ceo integrates seamlessly with third-party tools like GSX for ground handling and SimBrief for detailed flight planning. Visual details like windshield icing, atmospheric effects, and bug splatter on the windshield are also included.
This release marks an important milestone for Flight Sim Labs, which is also working on its next project: the A321neo. Early adopters of the A321ceo will be eligible for a discount when the neo rolls out.
While Flight Sim Labs has faced controversy in the past, including a notorious “malware” incident, this new release promises to deliver an impressive virtual flying experience despite the company’s checkered history. The A321ceo is now available for purchase on FSLabs’ website.
