Actress Gal Gadot marked a milestone in her career by having her star unveiled on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The ceremony, held in front of the El Capitan Theater, was disrupted by pro-Palestinian and pro-Israel protests from outside. This marks the first time an Israeli actress has received the Walk of Fame honor.
Gadot, known for her roles in “Fast and Furious” and “Wonder Woman,” made several references to her Israeli roots during her speech. The actress expressed gratitude to her fans and family, particularly her four daughters, who inspired her with their love and support.
The event was attended by colleagues Vin Diesel and Patty Jenkins on behalf of Gadot. The Walt Disney Company, parent company of the ABC station hosting the ceremony, stated that certain cookies were necessary for its services but also provided an opt-out option for users to control their personal information.
