KISS bassist and founder Gene Simmons is selling his iconic Beverly Hills megamansion for a whopping $32 million, after a $5 million price cut from its initial listing of $48 million. The seven-bedroom, 16,390-square-foot estate boasts stunning views of Los Angeles and features an array of luxurious amenities.
Designed in a modern barnhouse style by developer Max Nobel, the property showcases a unique blend of industrial accents and vertical wood panelling on its facade. Inside, the home offers ample living space, including two primary suites, a spacious breakfast nook, and double-height floor-to-ceiling windows.
One of the standout features is an oversized couch pit, as well as outdoor spaces that seamlessly flow into each other. The property also boasts a 60-foot pool, a dining area capable of hosting up to 30 guests, and multiple seating areas offering breathtaking city views.
Car enthusiasts will love the detached garage, which can accommodate up to 10 vehicles, with the option to double its capacity using lifts. The three-car garage attached to the house completes the impressive entertainment space.
Nobel, who also appeared as a star on the Russian version of “The Bachelor,” partnered with Emil Khodorkovsky of Forbix Capital Corporation to purchase and remodel the property, which took place in 2023. The listing agent is Josh Altman of Douglas Elliman, who continues to market the property at its new price point.
The property’s ownership history dates back to 1984 when Simmons purchased it for $1.35 million, making it a prized possession for nearly four decades before Nobel acquired it in 2021 for $16 million and later increased the price to $48 million.
