Getty Images is set to acquire rival stock-photo provider Shutterstock Inc. in a deal worth around $3.7 billion, including debt. The acquisition will see Getty Images offer approximately $28.85 in cash per share or 13.67 shares of Getty Images for each Shutterstock share. Shutterstock shareholders also have the option to be paid in a combination of cash and Getty Image shares.
