The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has reduced its forecast for global economic growth this year from 2.7% in July to 2.6%. The new projection is lower than the previous year’s 3.6% growth rate due to threats such as tariffs and inflation. However, the IMF expects a rebound next year with projected growth of 3.3%, slightly higher than its July forecast.
