Alphabet Inc.’s Google has ended its formal efforts to improve workforce diversity, following the trend of Silicon Valley companies reevaluating initiatives that fell out of favor during Donald Trump’s presidency. The tech giant announced it will review its programs and stop having “aspirational goals” tied to representation.
