A European Union official has dealt a significant blow to Google’s fight against a record €4.1 billion antitrust fine, ruling that the company abused its dominance in the Android market. Advocate General Juliane Kokott stated that Google’s appeal should fail due to weak legal arguments presented by the US tech giant.
