Google has introduced a new annual review feature in its Photos app, allowing users to relive their most memorable moments from 2024. The “2024 Recap” presentation features combines photos, insights, and graphics to summarize the past year’s activities. Users can view metrics such as photo counts, longest streaks, and most photographed colors.
Additionally, select US users with Gemini enabled in the Photos app can opt-in for a personalized version of Recap, which adds captions highlighting the two biggest moments from their year. This feature will be available globally after January.
