Google has added a new tool called the slide generator in NotebookLM, allowing users to quickly turn sources into simple slide decks. This feature helps structure notes and produce early drafts, as well as enhance existing slides visually. The current limitation is that it only exports PDFs, with plans to add export options for Google Slides and PowerPoint in development. The tool runs on the Nano Bana Pro model and has daily usage limits based on the user’s account.
