Google has announced a new subscription plan called Google AI Ultra, which offers users high-level access to the company’s AI-powered apps and services. The plan is priced at $249.99 per month and includes popular tools like Veo 3 video generator, Flow video editing app, and Gemini 2.5 Pro Deep Think mode.
The plan aims to cater to individuals who want to be on the cutting edge of Google’s AI technology. It also joins a growing group of ultra-premium AI subscriptions, including OpenAI’s ChatGPT Pro and Anthropic’s Claude Max.
In addition to the included tools, AI Ultra subscribers will get access to extras like higher limits in Google’s NotebookLM platform, Whisk image remixing app, and YouTube Premium. They’ll also receive 30TB of storage across Google Drive, Google Photos, and Gmail.
Google is replacing its old Google One AI Premium plan with a new plan called Google AI Pro, which offers similar features but at a lower price point. AI Pro includes Flow, NotebookLM, and the Gemini app, along with special features and higher rate limits.
