Fox News Media has isolated four contestants in upstate New York for 90 days with no contact to the outside world. To learn about what happened over the past three months, they will have to navigate through host Greg Gutfeld’s game show “What Did I Miss?”
The show is a game of truth and fiction on Fox Nation streaming service, where contestants must guess real events from recent headlines while avoiding fabricated ones created by the production team. The grand prize is $50,000.
Gutfeld will present dozens of scenarios to the contestants, who will have to sort through them to determine what really happened. The show will tape in front of a live audience with regular panelists Kat Timpf and Jamie Lissow. The first episode premieres on May 12, followed by episodes two and three on May 13 and 14.
Given the non-stop news barrage since Trump’s return to office, this show is sure to spark curiosity. Gutfeld, known for his sardonic humor on Fox News’ top shows, will likely bring it to the game show as well. The former magazine editor and Red Eye host has become one of Fox News’ biggest stars.
In a statement, Fox Nation president Lauren Petterson said that Gutfeld is an ideal host for this show, given his ability to inform contestants about what really happened during their time in isolation. Gutfeld’s take on the situation was tongue-in-cheek: “For these four contestants to learn what really happened, they’ll have to get through me first.”
