Hall of Fame Announces Class of 2025 Members Live on MLB Network

Baseball’s Hall of Fame in Cooperstown is set to welcome its newest members on Tuesday when the Class of 2025 is announced live at 6 p.m. Eastern. The announcement will be broadcast by the MLB Network, starting coverage at 4 p.m. Eastern.

Three Japanese players are among those eligible for induction: Ichiro Suzuki, CC Sabathia, and Carlos Beltrán. If they receive the required 75% vote from the Baseball Writers’ Association of America, they will join Dave Parker and Dick Allen in Cooperstown on July 27.

Suzuki has a strong chance of becoming the first Japanese player in the Hall of Fame. He was a two-time AL batting champion and 10-time All-Star, known for his impressive .311 career average and 117 home runs. Sabathia, a six-time All-Star, won the 2007 AL Cy Young Award and was a key member of the New York Yankees’ World Series title in 2009.

The Class of 2025 announcement will be broadcast live on the MLB Network with coverage starting at 4 p.m. Eastern. It can also be streamed using Fubo (free trial), DirecTV Stream (free trial), and Sling (promotional offers).
