Halle Berry Donates Entire Closet to LA Wildfire Victims

Actress Halle Berry has donated her entire wardrobe to support those affected by the devastating Los Angeles wildfires. She is collaborating with Sharon Stone and +COOP, a home goods store in Beverly Hills, to collect gently used clothing for men, women, and children displaced by the fires.

Berry announced the donation on Instagram, urging others in the Southern California area to do the same. The effort has already received significant support, including donations from Beyoncé’s BeyGOOD foundation and The Walt Disney Company, which have committed millions of dollars to LA wildfire relief efforts.

The LA wildfires have caused widespread destruction, resulting in thousands of families being displaced, with at least 24 people confirmed dead and many more still unaccounted for. Firefighters continue to battle the flames, fueled by severe drought conditions and strong winds.

Berry’s donation is just one example of the outpouring of support from celebrities, organizations, and corporations responding to the disaster. Other notable donations include $1 million from SAG-AFTRA and $2.5 million from Beyoncé’s foundation. The Walt Disney Company has also committed $15 million to initial and immediate response and rebuilding efforts.

Berry is partnering with +COOP to collect clothing for those in need, with a temporary fire relief donation center set up at the Beverly Hills store. Donations are being accepted for gently used clothing for kids, men, women, children, and people affected by the fires.
