HCA Healthcare has raised its full-year profit outlook after logging higher profits and revenue in the third quarter. Same-facility admissions grew, leading to increased earnings estimates of $6.5 billion to $6.72 billion ($27-$28 per share), up from previous guidance of $6.11 billion to $6.48 billion ($25.50-$27 per share).
