Horror Games Rejoice as Silent Hill 2 Wins Big at The Horror Game Awards 2024

Horror fans were left disappointed after the Game Awards 2024, but the Horror Game Awards 2024 brought them redemption. Bloober Team’s remake of Silent Hill 2 took home several awards, including Game of the Year. Other winners included Wrong Organ’s Mouthwashing and The Chinese Room’s Still Wakes The Deep.

Silent Hill 2 earned awards for Best Performance (Luke Roberts as James Sunderland), Best Soundtrack (Akira Yamaoka), and Best Survival Horror Game. Masahiro Ito won the Lifetime Achievement Award, while Capcom took home Best Developer and the award for Best VR (Resident Evil 4 VR).
