Intel has announced that its Arrow Lake CPU architecture will be integrated into gaming laptops, boasting improved AI performance thanks to a dedicated Neural Processing Unit (NPU). The high-end Arrow Lake-HX processors will feature up to 24 cores and 8 performance cores, prioritizing heavy workloads while efficiency cores handle background tasks. Notably, the single-threaded performance cores align with their desktop counterparts.
