This virtual assistant is available on in-store iPads and provides instant, conversational responses to partners’ questions, simplifying access to essential information and making their jobs easier.
With Green Dot Assist, baristas can quickly ask for guidance on ingredients for seasonal beverages or other topics, receiving answers in seconds. This innovation marks a significant step forward in Starbucks’ commitment to streamlining operations, reducing friction, and giving partners more time to focus on crafting excellent customer experiences.
The company plans to pilot Green Dot Assist in 35 of its coffeehouses, with further rollouts to follow.
