iOS 18.3 Public Beta 2 Released with Minor Changes

Apple has released the second public beta of iOS 18.3 to developers and public beta testers, although it’s not yet available to the general public. The update is available for download now, but users are advised to install it on a secondary device due to potential bugs and battery life issues.

The main change in this beta version is the ability to repeat operations in the Calculator app without entering the equation again. This feature was previously removed by Apple with iOS 18 release in September.

Other than that, there aren’t many significant changes or new features in the update. Minor aesthetic tweaks have been made, such as a dark mode icon for Camera Control in Settings. However, these are likely internal improvements rather than major updates.

It’s worth noting that this is just the second public beta of iOS 18.3, and more betas are expected before the OS is released to the general public. Apple has not yet announced a release date for iOS 18.3.

For developers and beta testers with compatible iPhones (iPhone 15 Pro, Pro Max, or iPhone 16 lineup), this update offers an opportunity to test new features like Apple Intelligence. However, users with other devices will not have access to these features at this time.
