iOS 19 Update: Which iPhone Models Will Still Get Support?

Apple is set to roll out its biggest update since launch with iOS 19, but some iPhone models will not receive the software support. Recently leaked information shows that devices powered by the A12 Bionic chip, such as the iPhone XR, XS, and XS Max, will no longer be compatible with iOS 19.

Fortunately, all other iPhone models that currently support iOS 18 will still be able to run the updated operating system. The full list of supported iPhone models includes:

However, only the higher-end iPhone models will receive advanced or premium features, including Apple Intelligence upgrades. The Personalized Siri feature has been delayed until next year.

As for iPadOS 19, it appears that devices with the A12 Bionic chip, such as the iPad mini 5, will be supported. However, devices like the iPad 7, which have an A10 Fusion chip, will not receive the update.
