Hamas has also taken precautions amid stalled talks, with its phones reportedly being turned off.
Abu Obeida, spokesman for Hamas’s Al-Qassam Brigades, recently released an interview where he reiterated his commitment to the ceasefire agreement despite Israel’s alleged breaches of promises. He criticized Israel for evading commitments on humanitarian aid and freedom of movement for Gazans.
