The Jacksonville Jaguars have appointed Anthony Campanile as their new defensive coordinator, according to a team announcement on Thursday. The 42-year-old coaching veteran has extensive experience working with top defenses and will join the team in 2025.
Campanile spent the 2024 season with the Green Bay Packers, where they ranked seventh in the NFL in run defense and third in yards per attempt allowed. Prior to joining the Packers, he worked as linebackers coach for the Miami Dolphins from 2020-2023.
A six-year NFL coaching veteran, Campanile has also coached at several colleges, including Michigan, Boston College, Rutgers, and Don Bosco Prep. He will bring his expertise to the Jaguars’ defensive unit in 2025.
