The Jacksonville Jaguars have officially appointed James Gladstone as their new General Manager. The team announced the move on Friday afternoon, praising Gladstone’s exceptional skills and vision for the role. According to owner Shad Khan, Gladstone was chosen after a thorough interview process, which included all candidates delivering impressive performances.
Gladstone spent his entire NFL career with the St. Louis Rams, rising through the ranks to become director of scouting strategy in 2022. He will succeed Trent Baalke, who was fired in January following Liam Coen’s appointment as head coach. The two worked together at the Rams, and Gladstone is now set to join forces again with Coen and executive VP Tony Boselli, who will lead the team into its next era.
