Jaguars Name James Gladstone as New General Manager

The Jacksonville Jaguars have appointed James Gladstone, previously the Los Angeles Rams’ director of scouting strategy, as their new general manager. Owner Shad Khan made the announcement in a statement, praising Gladstone’s skills and experience.

Gladstone spent nine seasons with the Rams and was instrumental in securing four NFC West division titles during his tenure. He also worked closely with former General Manager Les Snead on strategic planning and scouting processes.

Prior to joining the Rams, Gladstone held various roles at high school and college levels, including coaching and administration positions. A graduate of Westminster College with degrees in Education and Education Administration, Gladstone brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his new role.

Khan expressed confidence in Gladstone’s abilities, stating that he is “a class ahead” and will bring exceptional leadership skills to the team. The Jaguars owner also thanked fans for their support and welcomed Gladstone to the Duval community.
