Jennifer Garner’s baby food company Once Upon a Farm has filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker “OFRM”. The company saw a 66% increase in six-month revenue, but warned that it may struggle to achieve profitability. Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan are acting as joint lead underwriters for the proposed offering.
Once Upon a Farm, founded by Cassandra Curtis and Ari Raz in 2015, specializes in organic, non-GMO baby food with no added sugar or artificial ingredients. Jennifer Garner joined the company as a co-founder in 2017 and often shares about her family farm, which inspires their products. The company’s best-selling items include refrigerated pouches and oat bars, retailing for $61.50.
