To get started, Biel recommends three exercises:

1. Barbell hip thrusts: Lie on a bench with your upper back supported and lift your hips until your shoulders-to-knees form a straight line.
2. Romanian deadlifts: Stand tall holding dumbbells or a bar, hinge at the hips, and lower yourself down while squeezing hamstrings and glutes.
3. Hamstring curls: Lie on your back with feet on a stability ball, lift hips, and curl the ball toward your glutes.

Biel also suggests two more exercises:

1. Goblet step through lunge: Hold a dumbbell or kettlebell at your chest and step backward into a deep lunge.
2. Cable/band medial-glute kickbacks: Anchor a resistance band or cable low and attach it to your ankle, extending your leg straight back and up to activate the glutes.

Biel emphasizes that maintaining this shape requires regular exercise and dedication to nutrition, stating “it’s not maintainable unless you are living the strictest, most rigid lifestyle.”
