A federal judge has declined to block Elon Musk’s efforts to access personal records from government departments, citing privacy concerns over sensitive information. The decision allows Musk’s team to access data on Medicare and Medicaid recipients, as well as consumer information, despite opposition from unions and non-profits. Judge John D. Bates ruled that the plaintiffs’ case did not meet the legal threshold for immediate blocking of the initiative.
