Justin Baldoni has filed a countersuit against Blake Lively, accusing her of sidelining him at the It Ends With Us movie premiere in New York City. The dispute began when Lively accused Baldoni of sexually harassing her on set.
Baldoni claims that Lively “relegated” his colleagues to stay out of sight during the event’s red carpet, forcing them to be held in a basement room with limited access. He also alleges that she excluded him from an official celebrity after-party, despite it being paid for by Sony and Baldoni’s production company.
In response, Lively’s legal team has described Baldoni’s lawsuit as “meritless” and claims that the cast had negative experiences with Baldoni before the premiere.
