Justin Baldoni Battles Blake Lively in Court and Public Opinion

Justin Baldioni has published a website to share previously unseen texts as part of his ongoing legal battle with Blake Lively, amid allegations of sexual harassment and a smear campaign.

The “Lawsuit Info” website, launched on Saturday, Feb 1, links to an amended complaint filed in court on January 31, detailing Baldoni’s side of the conflict. The first page features buttons linking to two documents: the “Amended Complaint,” which contains the updated version of the lawsuit filed against Lively, and the “Timeline of Relevant Events.”

The timeline, spanning 168 pages, presents a chronological account of events from January 2019 to the present, including emails and messages exchanged between Baldoni and Lively. The document claims to provide a summarized account of key events and is intended to be read in conjunction with the amended complaint.

Newly released texts include an alleged message from Lively discussing rewrites for the rooftop scene’s banter, where she refers to herself as someone who uses “flirty and yummy” banter, and a text exchange between Reynolds and Baldoni that shows Reynolds expressing excitement for them to work together. The timeline also reveals emails from New York Times reporters and Baldoni’s PR team.

The website comes ahead of the pre-trial conference on Monday, Feb 3, where both cases in Lively v. Wayfarer Studios et al are scheduled for trial on March 9, 2026.
